1. Delivery & Carriage Charges
We will confirm your order upon receipt and, unless otherwise agreed, we aim to despatch your orders within 1-2 working days. If for any reason we are unable to despatch your order within this period of time, we will offer you an alternative or refund.
Delivery is free of charge on orders over £5.00. Heavy Packages may be subject to an extra charge depending on weight, but we shall inform you of the cost before sending.
Special Order items, we will aim to despatch these items within 7-10 working days.
Delivery is normally by Royal Mail, if you require recorded delivery of any item, please contact us by phone on 01485 532016, as there will be an extra charge for this service.
2. Prices & Payment
There is a minimum order of £5.00. All prices are inclusive of VAT.
Payment can be made via cheque or postal order, payable to World of Fun. We also accept debit or credit card on our secure site. You may also place your order by phone on 01485 532016.
3. Availability and Substitutions
All goods are subject to availability. If any part of your order is not available we will tell you about the alternatives and you can choose to accept a substitute, wait for availability or cancel that part of your order.
Substituted goods will be of equivalent quality and price. If you choose to cancel the order for substituted goods within seven days, we will meet the cost of the return.
4. Returns & Cancellations
You have the right to return your order within 7 working days if you change your mind. Cancellation must be in writing via post, fax or e-mail and you must take reasonable care of the goods. For example, saleable condition.
We will refund your money as soon as possible within 30 days of cancellation, or if applicable, on return of the goods.
The cost of returning goods is the responsibility of the customer, however if the goods proove to be faulty we will refund the cost of the return postage.
A cancellation charge of £1.00 or 10% (whichever is greater) will be deducted from the refund to cover the cost of return.
5. Complaints
If goods prove to be faulty or do not comply with the Sale of Goods Act, we will offer a replacement or refund and pay for their return.
If you have a complaint, please inform us as soon as possible.
